Because our digital products are delivered electronically and are immediately accessible after purchase, all digital product sales are final.

No Refunds

All sales of digital products are final. No refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations will be issued once a digital product has been purchased.

This policy applies to all digital products offered by GSH, LLC, including but not limited to:

E-books and digital books
Journals and journal prompts
Printable materials
Digital card decks
Meditation and spiritual development resources
Downloadable PDFs

Download & Access Issues

While purchases are non-refundable, we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve legitimate technical issues related to accessing your purchased digital product.

Duplicate Purchases

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, contact GSH, LLC as soon as possible. Duplicate purchases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not automatically eligible for a refund.
